Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness - 6 week course
You are invited to join me in a relaxed environment to explore the many benefits of meditation and mindfulness. Over six weeks we will explore simple meditation and mindfulness techniques with engaging and easy to follow guidance. Over the six weeks we will explore Nature & Grounding, Heart Centred Awareness/Gratitude, Gentle Breath & Manta, Sound, Relaxation and Visualisation.
